Who we are
The data controller is We are UNA Ltd, the property manager for Eda. The site is operated on the company’s behalf. If you have questions about how your data is used, contact eda@una.co.
What we collect
- Enquiry information — name, email, phone, your message, your apartment preferences. Collected when you submit the contact or brochure form.
- Application information — identity, financial and referencing data needed to assess and process a tenancy application.
- Resident information — data needed to manage your tenancy (rent payments, maintenance requests, communications).
- Site usage — anonymous analytics on which pages you visit, how you got here and how long you stay.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, send your brochure, or arrange a viewing.
- To process tenancy applications and manage active tenancies.
- To improve the website and our service.
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Sharing
We share your data only with parties needed to deliver the above — for example referencing agencies during the application process. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months unless you become a resident. Tenancy data is kept for the duration of the tenancy plus a retention period to meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to certain uses. Email eda@una.co to exercise any of these rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
